Shipping - We are sorry for the inconvenience but at this time we only ship to the U.S through our online store.
All orders received online are shipped from our warehouse in Arlington, Texas. Our regular business hours for our shipping department are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm CST. FedEx orders will ship same day if placed before 12:00 PM CST M-F, USPS orders will ship next day M-F if order placed by noon central time. We do offer additional expedited shipping options. Rates are listed at time of checkout based on weight and size of your order. Please see the below chart for expected delivery based on shipping method selected at checkout and time your order was placed.
Shipping Method * These are our best estimates based on the information that we are given from the shipping carriers. We do not guarantee delivery times for USPS or FedEx Ground Home Deliveries. If you want guaranteed delivery, you must select FedEx 2day express or overnight.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however orders placed on LapDesk.com can only be shipped to an address within the United States. For customers outside of the United States, please call us Toll Free at 1 800 527 3375 to place your order and get shipping and customs quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
You may return most items, except items on clearance, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product less shipping cost, you must provide proof of purchase as well as any packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or in the case of a manufacturers warranty in which case we will warranty the product for 90 days and once determined to be under warranty we will either refund your order in full (including shipping) or ship you another item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
