Where can I buy LapGear™ products?

Depending on which product you are looking for will determine where you will find our products. Our products listed on our site have links to retailers where those items can be found. 
 

Which LapGear™ product will hold my iPad?

Our tablet pillows are best for holding tablets or eReaders up to 10.5 inches. If a tablet pillow is not something you are looking for, then we suggest any one of our products that has a built-in media slot for tablets (i.e. Smart-e Pro, Bamboard, or the Media Bed Tray).

What size laptop does LapGear™ accomodate?

This varies according to which product you are interested in purchasing. Each product listed on our site gives information that states what size laptop will fit on it.

Are the cushions washable?

We suggest you spot clean your products.

What is the return policy? What should I do if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We ask that any purchases of our products be returned to the retail site or location for monetary refunds and/or item replacements or exchanges. We do not provide any refund credits in the form of cash, debit/credit refunds, or giftcards for items purchased through retails sites or from store locations. Please check with the retailer where your LapGear™ item was bought to ensure an easy return/exchange process. If the retailer will not accept the merchandise because it is beyond the return date, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter. LapGear™ products have a 90 day warranty that covers parts that may become defective. Any damages that occur to the product from normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
